Education is a warm and reciprocal journey. Class management is the foundational project for cultivating morality and shaping individuals. A harmonious and amicable teacher-student relationship is the core force that empowers students' growth. In order to further optimize the class management model, innovate the methods of moral education, enhance the professional ability of all head teachers in terms of education, and build a class education environment that is warm, rule-based, and full of vitality, on July 14th to 15th, our school organized all head teachers from the Primary School, Junior High school, and Senior High school Departments in two batches to participate in the "Head Teacher Class Management and High-Quality Teacher-Student Relationship Construction Creative Camp" special training activity, during which all head teachers, subject backbone teachers, and school leaders from various departments gathered together, promoting growth through discussions, solving problems through collaboration, and nurturing new talents with meticulous care.

First and foremost, this collaborative training program was grounded in the developmental patterns of students across different educational stages, closely addressing real challenges in daily classroom management, which focused on a series of key topics, including classroom discipline and rule enforcement, home-school communication and collaborative education, student mental health and stress relief, handling emergencies and crisis intervention, cultivating class leaders and promoting student self-governance, motivating learning and fostering intrinsic motivation, providing guidance for special needs students, in addition to developing good study habits and time management skills.

What's more, this event specially invited Feng Weixing, President of Beijing Peixing Education Research Institute, and Tao Juan, Head of the classroom teachers' researcher in Hefei Baohua District, to serve as expert judges. The professional guidance by the experts on the spot and the mutual evaluation among the groups clarified the direction for each thematic discussion, providing new paths for scientific and feasible implementation strategies.

Furthermore, in the second round of co-creation, each group further explored their understanding of the selected topic based on the expert guidance received in the morning, optimized and iterated the results, and enhanced the effectiveness of the strategies. Also, during the second round of results presentation, the new methods and strategies shared by the teachers showed a significant improvement compared to the morning session, which had substantial guiding significance for the practical problems encountered in the later class management.

To conclude, every deepening effort is aimed at achieving better growth; every collaborative effort is intended for creating a more excellent educational environment. This class teacher collaborative training camp has provided an efficient learning and communication platform for all class teachers, effectively broadening their educational ideas, optimizing their management methods, and uniting their moral education efforts. In the future, all class teachers of our school will continue to adhere to their original aspirations with meticulous care, nurture children with warmth, and continuously deepen class management and teacher-student empathy education. More remarkably, they will build a high-quality educational system with professionalism, passion, and responsibility, allowing every child to grow towards the sun and move forward with positive energy in a warm, orderly, and positive campus atmosphere!
